Terms and Conditions for HeadStart Shop


Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using Shop.HeadStartPhuket.com website and booking software (“The Service”) operated by HeadStart Shop (“us”, “we”, “our”)


1. Acceptance of Terms

  - By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


2. Eligibility
    - You must be at least 18 years old to open an account with Shop.HeadStartPhuket.com and register for bookings.
    - You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree not to share your account credentials with anyone else.

3. Shop Bookings
    - Shop bookings made through the Service are subject to availability and confirmation by HeadStart Shop.
    - Prices for Shop are subject to change without notice. HeadStart Shop reserves the right to modify or discontinue any Shop offering at any time without liability.

4. Payment and Refunds
    - Payment for Shop bookings must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept payment via the payment methods available on our website.

5. Prohibited Activities
    - You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
    - Violating any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
    - Using the Service in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Service.
    - Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Service, accounts, computer systems, or networks.
    - Transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited communications.

6. Intellectual Property
   - The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HeadStart Shop and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Limitation of Liability
  - In no event shall HeadStart Shop, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Indemnification
  - You agree to indemnify and hold HeadStart Shop and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

9. Governing Law
   - These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms
   - HeadStart Shop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Bookings, Payments and Refunds Policy

Bookings:

 1. An account must be made through SCBooking.com 
 2. One account will be allowed to apply for up to 3 applicants.

Outside Applicant Discounts:


 3. A limited number of Early Bird Coupons will be automatically applied at checkout offering a 10% discount to the first 50 customers.
 4. A limit of 3 applications are permitted to be made by one account, with a 1,500 THB per week saving, applied at checkout, to the second and third booking paid at the same time.


SCBooking Pupil Discount:

 5. SCBooking Pupil’s are offered a 20% discount on the full fees.

 6. No other discounts or coupons will be allowed to be used in conjunction with this offer.

    Payments:

     7. All payments must be made through the online booking application form.
     8. Fees cannot be paid in cash or on entrance.
     9. All payments are handled with our chosen payment gate, Stripe.


    Amendments to Booking Details:

     10. Before 30 June, any applicant is permitted to change the details of an application including the name of the applicant and student details. Additional changes including options and weeks applied will only be permitted where available. Email Summer Camp Admin to request any amendments.

    Refund Policy:

     11. An 80% refund of fees for cancellation of enrolments before 31 May will be allowed.
     12. A 50% refund of fees for cancellation of enrollments between 1-30 June.
     13. No refund will be allowed for cancellations or no show from 1 July.
     14. Refunds for exclusions or sick days will not be permitted.
     15. Refunds must be requested by email to [email protected]. Once your case has been approved, our Admin will send you a Refund Request form to begin the process.

    We may share your information with outside service providers who offer specialised activities or venues.Including but not-limited to first name, last name, DOB and relevant medical information.
